What we collect

Your email (sign-in), your gameplay (encounter transcripts, grades, choices, commitments kept and missed), and — this is the point of the product — a behavioral performance profile built from those choices: skill scores, integrity, frame strength, reliability, relationship, resilience, and coachability.

How it's used

To run the game, coach you, and generate your Way of Being report. Companies using the training features see the gameplay their workspace owns. In aggregate, anonymized form, gameplay data improves scenarios and grading.

Who sees your profile

You do. An employer sees your full profile only when you hand them a share code you generated — and you can revoke any code at any time from your Passport. Public certification pages show only what a certificate must: your name, the credential, your headline scores. We never sell individual data. Ever.

Processors

Supabase (database, auth), Vercel (hosting), OpenAI (scenario generation and grading — transcripts are processed to grade your play), and, when enabled, ElevenLabs (character voices), Deepgram (live transcription), and Twilio (training calls, recorded only with the consent flow completed).

Your rights

Export or delete your account and all associated data by emailing admin@myya.us. Deletion cascades through every table, including behavioral events.

What this is not

The profile is a performance mirror from a game, not a clinical or psychological assessment, and must not be treated as one.
