The deal

Myya Mastery is a sales training game and assessment platform. Play honestly: the value of your reputation, certifications, and shared profiles depends on the game being hard to fake. Attempting to game assessments (automation, account sharing, transcript injection) voids certifications and can close your account.

Notifications and the Bell

Campaign contracts ring you only inside availability windows you chose. You can resign a contract, take PTO, or disable notifications at any time.

Live modes and recording

Live copilot and the training dialer process real conversations. You are responsible for obtaining every legally required consent before monitoring or recording a call, including two-party-consent jurisdictions.

Certifications and profiles

Certifications reflect in-game evidence at issue time. Employer decisions based on shared profiles are the employer's own; profiles are one signal, not a qualification guarantee.

Content

Scenario characters are fictional. Regional personas are difficulty settings written as folklore, portraying individuals, not statements about real groups.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
